Insurance Conditions
A plain-language summary of the contract you sign. Where this page and the insurer's documents differ, the insurer's documents govern.

Who the contract is with
The insurance contract is concluded between you and PrJSC IC “Euroins Ukraine” (company number 22868348), a licensed Ukrainian insurer supervised by the National Bank of Ukraine. Every contract is signed with a qualified electronic signature — the PDF you receive is the legal document itself, not a receipt for one.
Entry Ukraine sells the policy and delivers the documents. It does not underwrite risk and does not decide claims.
What is covered
- Medical expenses, including injuries resulting from military action
- Emergency inpatient and outpatient care, including COVID-19
- Emergency dental care
- Emergency obstetric care up to 29 weeks
- Medication
- Medical transportation, emergency assistance and doctor's calls
- Hospital accommodation, including intensive care and resuscitation
- Repatriation to the country of permanent residence with medical support
- Repatriation of remains
There is no deductible. Cover for injury caused by ionising radiation or radioactive contamination is an optional paid extra and applies only if requested before purchase.
Territorial limits
The policy applies throughout Ukraine except: areas of active hostilities; temporarily occupied territories; anywhere within 50 km of either; and territories under a special access regime. Events occurring in those zones are outside the contract.
Term, age and party limits
- Term: 3 to 180 days, fixed at purchase. A policy cannot be extended — buy a second policy for additional days.
- Age: the policy cannot be issued to travellers aged 70 or over.
- Up to 10 insured people on one policy; the price is per person.
- Sum insured: €2,000 on Standard, €30,000 on Extended (the level accepted for Ukrainian visa applications). Sums are stated in the contract you sign.
Claims
Claims are submitted to the insurer. A decision follows within 15 working days from the date the insurer holds the complete set of documents; an additional investigation can extend that period. See how to file a claim.
Official documents
These are the authoritative documents issued by the insurer and the service operator. Read them before buying — they prevail over any summary on this site.
- Insurance offer (EUROINS)
- General terms of the insurance product
- Standard insurance product information
- Product sheet — Standard
- Product sheet — Extended
- Public contract (service operator)
- Refund policy
- Consent to processing of personal data
- Information about the insurer
- National Bank of Ukraine registers
- Verify the electronic signature
