Which rules apply

Refunds are governed by the operator's refund policy and by the insurance contract itself. Read the authoritative document before requesting: refund policy (PDF).

How to request one

Write to support@entryukraine.com from the email address the policy was issued to, and include the contract number from the PDF and the reason for the request. We forward it to the operator and the insurer and keep you updated on the outcome.

Two things worth knowing in advance: a policy term cannot be shortened or extended once issued, and a request made after the cover period has started is treated differently from one made before it. The refund policy document sets out the detail.

Payment errors

If you were charged but received no policy, do not buy a second one. Contact us with the payment time and the email you used — a duplicate or failed transaction is traced and resolved with the payment provider.
