What we collect

To issue a policy we ask for: first and last name, passport number, citizenship, date of birth, email address, phone number, entry date and trip length. For additional insured people, the same set.

This data is required by the insurer to issue the contract. Without it the policy cannot be produced.

Where it goes

Your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the service operator LLC “Welcome to Ukraine” (USREOU 44559356, Kyiv) and on to the insurer PrJSC IC “Euroins Ukraine”, which issues and signs the policy and stores it as part of the insurance contract. Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given at purchase — see the operator's consent document.

Payment is processed by WayForPay. Card data is entered on the payment provider's page — it never passes through this site.

What we store

This site does not maintain a customer database. Your form data passes through our server to the operator and is not written to storage by us. Server logs record technical request data (time, path, response status, duration) and never the contents of a request.

The operator and the insurer retain policy data as required by Ukrainian insurance and accounting law.

Your rights

You may ask what data is held about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request erasure where the law allows it. Because the policy record is held by the operator and the insurer, requests about issued policies are forwarded to them. Write to support@entryukraine.com and we will route your request.
